This gluten-free (also no soy, no dairy and no nuts) cookie combines the taste of cinnamon and chocolate, making it ideal as a snack or breakfast bar. This cookie is made with Enjoy Life gluten, soy, nut and dairy free chocolate chips, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour and gluten-free oats as well as Arrowhead Mills gluten-free brown rice flour.  These cookies are sold as ~ 3" x 3" bars by the dozen. One dozen cookie bars weigh 1 lb 4oz.
