The Cashew & Dark Chocolate Chip cookie is a decadent cookie with rich flavors of cashew nuts and dark chocolate.  This cookie is made organic cashews organic & fair-trade chocolate, local organic milk and local organic butter, local organically grown grains when available. We are also striving to make sure as many ingredients as possible conform to fair-trade practices.
